Hey Mom, and Family,
Mom, thank you once again for all of the wonderful letters. the are great. I love them. I just got the one from aug 22. and so now i have to ask. any new news on Keigunn? What has happened? It is hard to hear about such things but from where i'm at and what i see and say everyday i know that the Lord knows all things and that they will all work out at some future point in time. Give my love to the Kunz's and i'm praying for Keigunn.
Well, it sounds like the family is having fun with all of the activities. boy, once everybody is out of the house you guys start doing all these activities... I see how it is... haha Well, i'm glad you are having fun and that things are going well for the family. Greet all for me. How is Kaylinn doing? What of Aaron? Is he speaking a language or just English?
Well, there isn't much to say about this week, it all sort of went together as one thing. President Roggia shared some quotes, Elder John A. Widtsoe declared, “We cannot walk as other men, or talk as other men, or do as other men, for we have a different destiny, obligation, and responsibility placed upon us, and we must fit ourselves to it. and Remember, we are only temporary travelers in this world. Let us not devote our God-given talents and energies solely to setting earthly anchors, but rather let us spend our days growing spiritual wings. For, as sons of the Most High God, we were created to soar unto new horizons. Pres. Uchtdorf
So, that is the thought for the week. Look at where we are headed and where God wants us to be and make sure that they are in line with each other because our time here is short and we can't do it by ourselves with our blinders on. This week we are supposed to be having another zone conference with Joseph Sitatti from the 70 coming to speak to us. It will be wonderful i'm sure and i'll make sure i add some of his words next time.
Thank you all for everything you do, i love you all so much and things are well.
Love you,
Love Elder Jones

Wow, sounds like everything is good. I'm glad to hear about Elder Gibson. it sure does sound like a lot of things are happening. The van is gone? wow, that's great. It sounds like you guys had fun boating and everything. I miss boating. I have completely for gotten that this is the time and season for boating and stuff. Here that just isn't something that happens nor do I think that will be a thing of fun and entertainment for a very long time. haha
Things are going good. we are still doing well with our investigators all though this next little bit of time might be a little
rough patch. As I look at our investigators i can see that there is a bunch of them that in the long run won't be to interested and also difficult for us to see. We also have a bunch that are traveling to the village or elsewhere over the next little bit. Those are the ones that have been progressing more and it will now put a little damper on their progress and our teaching, but we will manage and work our way around it. I just hope it comes sooner than later.
I don't know what else to say, this week seemed like it just meshed all together and as i look back nothing too crazy or exciting happened this week. It is starting to hit the end of rainy season and the very beginning of dry. We can already feel the effects of it. It is getting very hot again. The sun sure is a killer when it is out in full force. I like my area but i hope i'm not here to much longer for dry season because i don't want to be without water like last time. Many of the elders in the apartment are very good at using a lot of water for small and simple things and so at this rate it is going to be very difficult to keep water in the apartment. But they are working on a pump system that is going to attach from our apartment to the well. They have had some problems with it so far but they are working on it. Our generator is small and struggles with the pump. So, we will see what happens but i know that the Lord will bless us and make sure that we have enough to get by with as long as we are smart with what we have.
Well, that is about all for now. Hopefully something more exciting happens this week for next time.
That is awesome that USU beat Utah. Good luck to BYU.
Well, All is well. Thanks for everything. I love you
Love Elder Jones
